About Gravitas International Ltd

Gravitas International Ltd is a family-run business; designing and distributing sustainable environmental products, primarily dedicated to introducing innovation to the global market.

Our policies on modern slavery and human trafficking

Gravitas International Ltd does not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our organisation.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own businesses or those of our suppliers and our Ethical Policy has been amended to reflect this commitment.

 Our supply chain

Our supply chain included companies who supply specialist products and systems, labour-only
sub-contractors, fabrication specialists and providers of professional services.

We undertake all reasonable and practical steps, via education, assessment and the implementation of systems and controls, to ensure that our standards are being implemented throughout the businesses of our suppliers and that relevant legislation and regulations are complied with.

We will only trade with those who fully comply with this policy and reserve the right to terminate our relationship with a supplier if issues of non-compliance with our policies are discovered and / or noncompliance is not addressed in a timely manner.

We have also implemented systems to:

·      Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains

·       Monitor any potential risk areas via ongoing audit and assessment

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking statement for the financial year 2020/2021 as approved by the Managing director in January 2021.
